The compact system enables sewers and culverted watercourses in difficult terrain and access conditions to be relined.
Transportable in small vans, the portable UV rigs can also be easily moved on tracked, all-terrain vehicles and handling equipment.
EcoCIPP Portable offers an operating solution for narrow access situations and rough ground, that have previously either entailed extra cost to create access, or prevented relining altogether. As a result, culverts under railways, roads, rivers and canals are among the applications set to benefit.
EcoCIPP Portable uses the same Brandenburger technology as Perco’s established EcoCIPP lining system. Installed GRP liners therefore possess the same outstanding characteristics of flexural strength, elasticity and water tightness. Environmentally the absence of hot water curing, noise and styrene pollution issues also makes it a low-impact option.
While UV-cured CIPP lining is already a fast and controllable method, reducing time on site, the new EcoCIPP Portable system has enhanced light sources and control, with online monitoring and documentation of the full curing process.
Using the portable equipment, our engineers can reline lengths of up to 250m per run. The system handles internal diameters of 250mm to 1200mm, while circular, egg-shaped and special profiles can also be relined.
