Perco don't stop the trains!

Perco installs UTX's whilst trains operate at normal speeds. This allows continuous working, shorter completion times and lower installation costs and avoids costly track possessions. Perco is Linkup approved (No. 20002).

Laser guided augerboring
For installation under live rails in areas of restricted trackside access, Perco's highly skilled augerboring teams can operate to settlement tolerances at rail level of down to 3mm. We also carry out all enabling and reinstatement works.

Guided auger - 150mm to 1000mm diameter, shots up to 100m long
Unguided auger - 150mm to 1200mm diameter, shots up to 300m long

Directional drilling
Where trackside access isn't restricted, Perco offers horizontal directional drilling for the installation of UTX's. We also carry out all enabling and reinstatement works.
