What is PressureCIPP™?
PressureCIPP is a seamless GRP tube reinforced in UV light cured resin. Unlike other CIPP liners PressureCIPP is designed for use in pressurised pumping mains carrying raw water or sewage.

PressureCIPP provides a cost-effective alternative to sliplining, open-cut pipeline replacement and other rehab solutions, and offers these benefits:

Where should you use PressureCIPP™?
PressureCIPP can be used in pipelines with internal diameters from 150mm to 1200mm. Due to its unique seamless design it can be installed in continuous lengths of up to 400 metres. It can be installed in any type of host pipe and is not dependent on the quality or condition of the host main.

The technology
PressureCIPP has been designed by Perco for pressurised pumping mains and is manufactured for Perco in Germany by Brandenburger. PressureCIPP's seamless glass fibre tubes impregnated with UV light curing resin are available in a range of wall thicknesses from 3.5mm to over 20mm.

PressureCIPP liners are extremely strong, offering long time tensile bend stress of 200 N/mm2 and long time modulus of elasticity of 5625 N/mm2. Mechanical abrasive resistance has been proven in tipping trough tests with over 300,000 stress reversals at the University of Darmstadt in Germany.

For positive and negative pipeline pressures
Pumping mains operate at a wide range of positive and negative pressures. Each PressureCIPP liner is made 'to measure' and is designed to meet the pressure requirements of the system.

Sealing options
PressureCIPP is compatible with internally fixed mechanical seals such as the Amex-10-Seal (see below left) and with external clamping seals (see below right) which are applied directly to the lined product pipe. Perco can advise on the best sealing option for the host pipe to be relined.

Track record
PressureCIPP has been developed from the already proven EcoCIPP liner system. In 2006 alone over 250km were installed. The technology has been licensed throughout Europe, Asia and North America. PressureCIPP's pedigree and its roots in proven technology give specifiers the reassurance that the system provides a robust and reliable solution to pumping main rehabilitation.
