Pipe Cleaning

Perco offerss a range of pipe cleaning services including CCTV surveying, pigging, descaling, jetting and cleaning, and debris removal. We also handle waste disposal to licensed waste sites.

Pigging
When an existing pipe is in need of cleaning and descaling, pigging is the most traditional and cost effective technique that is available. The main applications for pigging are for the cleaning and removal of encrustation of water and sewer pipes. This can be achieved by employing a variety of pigs, from hardened pigs to soft pigs, each designed for individual applications.

Diameters range from 50mm to 1500mm
Lengths can exceed 15 km

Perco can also offer pigging chlorination systems for the cleaning of new water pipelines, up to 1200mm diameter and for lengths of up to 10km per run.

Jetting & Cleaning
We jet and clean sewer pipes of diameters from 150mm to 1200mm using the latest high pressure jetting equipment to remove blockages and build ups of loose materials and obstructions.

Debris Removal
Our robotic cutting systems can be deployed to remove debris and intrusions from within pipes of 200mm upwards. The system is ideal for the removal of:

Tree roots
Incorrectly positioned lateral pipe connections
Concrete
Brick
Fence posts

Waste removal and disposal
We operate a strict environmental policy and all waste is removed from site in specially equipped vehicles for disposal at licensed waste sites in accordance with best practice and current regulations and legislation.
